    头一次到上海....惊讶房价,原来北京的房价这么低....

    今天早上5:20出家门,7:30的飞机...到达上海第一次看到很帅气的阳台晾衣干...垂直于阳台,上门衬衫,裤头,内衣,袜子,裤子...6*10的阳台,煞是好看.197平米420W,当看到个中介公司的房源板上的信息,很惊讶呀....每次在网上看到说上海房价高,实在没有感觉,因为觉得不就北京这个样子吗?当看到单价1.7w的个小区物业费只有1.2元/平米...就可以想象北京和上海的差距了,简直是想在把所有钱都在北京买房....怎么2年后呵呵....上海真是疯狂.....
